I signed up for a new account and completed transferring my funds via eft on Dec 30. Everything looks normal in my accounts, the funds look like they're there.
But I get a "cleared funds required" error whenever I try to buy anything. Is this normal? How long is it going to be until I can use my funds?
I've contacted support and haven't heard back yet. Anyone else experiencing this?
