Gut Check - How am I doing?

43M, Married, MCOL city $1.8M invested across 403(b) / 401(k) / IRA / Roth IRA $82K in Taxable Brokerage $52K in 529s (2 Kids, aged 6 and 9) 1 rental ($300K) fully paid-off $175 equity in primary residence ($450K mortgage remaining). Don't have a specific timeline to retire in mind. Just seeking general feedback on how I should tweak and/or accelerate any portion of the above. TIA! Given the uncertainty of AI, and fears it could force early retirement at some point, my own instinct would be to supercharge my taxable account, and perhaps start making extra payments on my mortgage.
