Should I roll over my 5k from my 401k into my Robinhood Roth IRA?

I have about $5,000 in my works 401k and was wondering if I should roll it into my Robinhood Roth IRA where I have $17,000k. My employer has a good match to contribute into the 401k but I was wondering if it would be worth it to get my Robinhood Roth IRA to help me get some more compound interest. I’m turning 22 tomorrow and was wondering what people thought.
