My New Year’s resolution is to max my personal Roth IRA. Where should I put my money?

I’m 23, and while I officially invested my first $1000 into my Roth a few days ago (and about 200 from 2025), I’m wondering if my makeshift strategy is sustainable enough. This is what my current lineup looks like: ≈1 share of NEM (accidentally bought in my Roth instead of my brokerage acc) 1/10 share of NVDA (same as above, complete accident) 1 share of QQQM 5 shares of BLOX 18 shares of SCHD $330 sitting in cash I’m open to selling/trading for other ETFs, don’t mind investing in riskier options either, but also want a chunk that guarantees consistent dividends/payouts to reinvest.
