Hi, I like to invest and to go around looking for overpunished companies, mainly in the EU market where I'm based in to avoid currency risks. I've taken a look at Arcadis NV and it looks like a huge opportunity, punished 35% YOY by the market while fundamentals remain strong, healthy balance sheet and only trading at around x13 PE .
What are your thoughts about it?
