I’m currently heavily invested in equities, but I believe there is a potential for a sharp market drawdown(Thanks Trump).
I want to keep a portion of capital in low risk, highly liquid assets so that if a major correction or crisis occurs, I can deploy capital aggressively at discounted valuations. Preferably these assets should produce a profit or atleast not devalue over time but I can imagine this is contradictory.
Many people suggest gold, but gold can experience significant drawdowns during crises due to a rush to raise cash.
I’ve heard of Swiss Bonds but i don’t want to lose money either, although this might be too much of an ask.
Any ideas for this? :)
