Both (married) 41 year old and make \~250k combined. Two kids 6 y/o and 3 y/o. Daycare is our largest expense that will gradually go down as the kids go to school.
Monthly expenses are around $10k. The largest items are rent at $3k and daycare at $3k.
We have minimal debt, approximately $30k total, consisting of a $22k car loan at 0.99%
Our balance sheet at 1/1/26 is as follows:

* Retirement accounts (401k, IRAs, 403b, 457; mostly Vanguard Target Date 2050): \~$1.55 to $1.6M
* Taxable brokerage (primarily VTSAX): \~$1.26M
* Disney stock (inherited): \~$87k
* 529 plans (two kids): \~$106k
* Deferred compensation: \~$90k
Total assets: $3.15 million
Total debt: 22k car loan @ .99%
We are looking for any perspective on asset allocation, risk, tax efficiency, or anything we may be overlooking.
