I'm curious about everyone's take on Apple Inc. (AAPL).
I've been waiting for a chance to buy the dip, targeting around $200. The question is: Is this expectation realistic? Or am I fixated on a price that may never materialize?
On one hand:
Compared to Apple's own historical valuations, current levels aren't cheap
Growth has slowed significantly compared to the pandemic period
When the broader market corrects, tech giants often can't escape declines
On the other hand:
It is Apple after all, massive buybacks, incredible cash flow, sticky ecosystem
Every pullback gets bought up faster than expected
Waiting for the “perfect” price has caused many to miss opportunities
Thus I face a dilemma:
Maintain patience and risk never buying in
Or start accumulating positions incrementally, abandoning the quest for the exact bottom
For investors holding or considering adding to positions:
Do you believe $200 is a realistic possibility, or merely wishful thinking unless the market corrects significantly?
Curious how everyone is managing AAPL, fully invested, building positions gradually, or still watching from the sidelines?
