If you want a quick filter for whether a small cap is real, look for metrics that cannot be massaged.
For NextNRG, Inc., the **purest** one is physical throughput. In its December 2025 preliminary update, the company reported about 2.53 million gallons delivered, up 308% year over year, alongside revenue of about $8.01M, up 253% year over year. That is not a vague KPI. That is trucks, routing, customers, and utilization working at scale.
A lot of penny-type stocks can create excitement with prototypes, pilots, or press releases that have no measurable output. Moving 2.53M gallons in a month is measurable output. It implies real B2B demand, operations that can handle volume, and customers that keep ordering.
None of this removes the usual risks. You still want to see gross margin trends, working capital needs, customer concentration, and cash flow in filings. But it does **distinguish** NXXT from the category of companies that only exist on paper.
If you are doing diligence on NXXT, what would you rather see next: margin expansion, more monthly volume growth, or proof of microgrid PPA execution? Or another MOU for fast execution?
