I have decent amount of cash in a 3.5% high yield savings account and just learned about QQQI that has historically done a 12-15% dividend yield with what looks like low volatility. Had the 22% drop with the tariff news but then recovered like a lot of stocks. Obviously higher expense ratio than a HYSA, but the yield difference easily outweighs that. Other than QQQI likely not having the same gains as a VOO or QQQ, but as an alternative to a HYSA, is there a downside?
