I believe most people could see oil stocks such as Chevron, ConocoPhillips, Exxon and oil refining stocks Valero Energy and Marathon Petroleum were going to make money, my question is how does one buy at the same time as institutional investors. I was awake around 1:30 PST and thought to buy but by then most stock had already jumped 10$ per share which in the moment I thought the opportunity to scrape value was gone, so how do we retail guys and gals keep pace with the big guys !
