I have about $100K to deploy with the goal of generating monthly income over the next 12 months. I am not looking for long term investing or growth, just trying to make the most income possible in one year.
I already own ULTY. I bought it at $37 and currently have roughly $19K invested in it. To be honest, I am not very good at income investing, which is why I am looking for advice and ideas from this community.
I am open to dividend stocks, ETFs, funds, or income focused strategies that can generate reliable monthly cash flow. Capital preservation matters, but I understand higher income usually comes with higher risk.
If you were in my position, how would you allocate the remaining capital? Specific tickers, allocation ideas, or strategies are appreciated.
