I (33) have four rental properties. If I sold them all I would make about $1M before tax. I'm considering growing the rental portfolio (via 1031 exchange, therefore deferring taxes) or selling them all and investing the earnings in VT (big tax hit, easier on me in the long run).
What's this subs opinion on which direction I should go?
