Do you actually track what management says on earnings calls or do you just move on?

I’m curious how other investors handle this. When a company does an earnings call, management usually makes a lot of statements about what they plan to do over the next quarters or year. Margin expansion, revenue growth, new products, cost cuts, timelines, etc. Do you personally track any of that over time? For example, do you ever go back and check: What they said last year Versus what actually happened later Or do you mostly just focus on the current numbers and forward guidance and move on? If you do track it, how do you do it? Thanks in advance!!
