There are vanguard advertisements all over the subway downtown Toronto at Union Station that I discovered a few days ago. Advertising their ETFs. I don't know how long they've been here though since I only visit DT a few times a year. Does this mean Vanguard is trying to gather exit liquidity from retail investors with the shiller PE ratio being at record highs, and market forecasts of a lost decade incoming? Is this a signal for the top being in?
