US oil firms profit from Venezuela revival.
Venezuela's oil industry is a major recovery opportunity. It has about 300 billion barrels of proven reserves, production has collapsed to roughly 900,000 barrels per day from 3.5 million, and its heavy sour crude is compatible with U.S. Gulf Coast refineries. With lifting costs around $13 per barrel and a U.S.-backed reconstruction financed by Venezuelan oil, U.S. oil companies and U.S. oil service companies should make money on exploration, production, and refining.

Bitcoin adoption in Venezuela proves durable.
Crypto adoption in Venezuela is a durable survival mechanism, not just a speculative investment. Hyperinflation, currency devaluation, and dollar shortages have made Bitcoin a savings vehicle and other cryptos a way to buy basic goods. Even if the U.S. intervention improves the economy and Venezuela moves toward dollarization, 25 years of trauma mean people will take a long time to trust traditional money, so Bitcoin and crypto usage should remain sticky.

Venezuelan debt restructuring unlocks capital markets.
Venezuelan defaulted sovereign and oil-company bonds are a restructuring opportunity. The bonds already rallied sharply after Maduro's ouster; once restructured, Venezuela should regain access to international debt capital markets, borrow to restart the economy, and allow oil companies to invest in exchange for a favorable revenue share. Dollar-denominated bonds should reset as the currency and economy improve.
