SK Hynix HBM moat remains very strong
SK Hynix is the dominant HBM memory supplier with 65% market share, long-term contracts, and 80%+ gross margins. Demand from AI agents, autonomous driving, and robotics will grow 10x in 3-4 years. Competitors need 3-5 years to build comparable fabs, creating a durable moat. The recent sell-off on missed expectations is overdone relative to strong fundamentals.
