Marc Ganzi CEO, DigitalBridge CNBC
Seahawks could fetch up to $10B
The Seattle Seahawks should sell for at least $8 billion and could approach $10 billion because the Paul Allen estate sale is likely the only NFL team available for the foreseeable future and a bidding war among qualified buyers can be created. Without a bidding war the value is $7–$8 billion, but with competitive bidding among qualified parties it should go well north of $8 billion and could break into double-digit billions; the West Coast location could also attract foreign, especially Asian, capital.
