Russia dominates Arctic shipping; Busan opportunity watch.
Russia controls about 90% of the Arctic shipping route and nearly half of the Arctic exclusive economic zone, and it has long invested in the Northern Sea Route. China and Russia now operate the Arctic Express No.1 rail-sea logistics route. Korea's Busan could still find opportunities if Russia seeks to reduce its economic dependence on China, but the sanctions regime and Ukraine war currently limit progress.
