HROW previously had no mainstream insurance coverage yet won 12% market share with cash-pay customers at $59/month; with insurance, sales figures are upwards of $200, so profit margins will more than 4x on the product, and the author expects the company could approach 20% market share this year. Main risk is extreme concentration and margin leverage.
