The massive investment happening right now in data centers is roaring through the economy and is less about efficiency and more about construction and the supply chain of goods needed to populate those data centers. This makes the data center buildout and its supply chain a clear current boom within the AI investment cycle.

Large global deficits and high debt levels are unsustainable and create fiscal/financial dominance, pressuring central banks to keep interest rates down and inflate away debt. If central banks try to raise rates into this massive financing need, they risk triggering a financial crisis, which would then force emergency easing. Investors should hedge by buying gold, silver, Bitcoin, TIPS, and US equities while hedging dollar exposure, and by getting away from direct fiscal-authority exposure, particularly the United States, but also Great Britain, France, and China.
