Mogotes Metals is a pre-resource copper-gold explorer in the high Andes of Argentina and Chile with a 100 km² land package adjacent to Filo del Sol, which BHP and Lundin Mining acquired for about C$4.5bn, and near NGEx's Lunahuasi; it has multiple targets in the right geology, about C$25-26M cash and no debt after a recent C$22M financing with strong mining investors, and plans to drill from October/November. A discovery could significantly re-rate its roughly C$70-80M market cap, and large miners have already approached the company, giving takeover optionality.
