FAA certifies Boeing's 737 Max-7

CNBC's Phil LeBeau reports that the FAA has certified Boeing's 737 MAX-7, clearing the company to begin deliveries. The certification also sets the stage for finalizing the MAX-10 certification, expected by year-end.
