Robinhood Ventures Fund II is a newly listed vehicle that gives everyday investors access to early-stage Y Combinator companies, investing via SAFEs at much lower valuations with more upside. It removes accreditation requirements, provides daily liquidity, charges 2% management fee and 20% only on realized gains, and selects about 40 companies per YC batch with a dedicated YC-experienced portfolio manager.
