\*\*What moved it\*\*
Two announcements landed at once: subsidiary 1st Detect got ECAC/EU G1 certification for its TRACER 1000 trace-detection scanner, and the board greenlit a speculative "lunar resource development" initiative tied to NASA's Artemis/CLPS programs. The cert is real and concrete; the moon-mining-and-quantum-computing angle is a press release, not a business yet.
\*\*The mechanics\*\*
Float is \~1.5M shares — microscopic. A nano-cap with a space narrative and a tiny float is exactly the setup that goes vertical: there's almost nothing to buy, so any rush of demand sends it parabolic.
\*\*Numbers\*\*
\- Cap: \~$4.3M / float: \~1.5M
\- Day volume: \~143M (\~1,300x its avg at the alert)
\- Prev close: $2.47 → premarket high $8.27, intraday high $19.75
\- 52w range: $1.92–$8.01 (it blew through the old high)
\*\*Where it ended up\*\*
Stock Pulse flagged it premarket at 8:34 AM, $5.43. It peaked $19.75 at 11:56 AM, then faded and closed \~$13.62 — still up huge on the day, but \~31% off the high.
\*\*Reality check\*\*
\- It held more than most spikes do, but it still gave back nearly a third from the peak intraday.
\- The durable catalyst is one product certification at a company with a tiny revenue base; the lunar story is aspirational and could take years or go nowhere.
\- This already happened. By the time anyone reads this the move is over — it's a breakdown of why it ran, not a reason to buy it.
