EXCEPT it's reverse-merging into Powerus, a drone defense company that just got picked for the Pentagon's $1 BILLION "Drone Dominance Program." Yes that's the real name. No I'm not making it up. Investors in the combined company reportedly include Eric and Donald Jr. via American Venture Partners, plus drone manufacturer Unusual Machines (UMAC)
