Account is $2.87M. I am 56. Retiring at $3M.
I use no indicators. I just place my entries where the crowd puts their stop losses.
Retail puts stops below support. Institutions need size, so they trigger those stops to buy. I stopped buying support. I wait for the break.
Here is the exact setup: I wait for price to sweep a key low. I look for a Market Structure Shift (MSS) back up. I place my limit buy at the Fair Value Gap (FVG). Stop loss goes below the sweep. That is it.
But the system means nothing without psychology.
People see a setup, say "got it," and trade live. No backtesting. No forward testing. One loss happens, and they panic. You cannot trust a system you haven't tested.
They abandon it to find a system that never fails. That does not exist. They ignore risk-to-reward.
It took me 3.5 years of screen time to figure this out. I trade less now. I just wait for the stop hunts.
